RAC Roles

PROJECT ARCHITECTS

-Qualified candidates will have 6-12 yrs experience leading A/E teams with a construction-oriented focus.

-Plan projects and lead design team(s) through the various stages of design, while maintaining a high standard of care.

-Coordinate consultant input to achieve the intended design direction.

-Possess strong understanding of construction techniques and detailing.

-General familiarity, though ideal candidate will have strong Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe skills.

SENIOR DESIGNERS AND JOB CAPTAINS

-Qualified candidates will have a minimum 5-10yrs experience producing project documentation including SD, DD, Permitting and Construction Documents.

-Coordinate with engineering consultants alongside leading small team(s) of designers and draftspersons.

-Proficiency in Revit and Sketch-Up required.

-Permitting experience in Los Angeles, Culver City, and Santa Monica a plus.

DETAILERS AND DRAFTSPERSONS

-Qualified candidates must possess and be able to demonstrate strong drawing and drafting skills.

-Ability to draft for multiple projects at a time and hit targeted deadlines.

-Must be able to take direction from project lead and incorporate it into clear and concise documents.

-Proficiency in Revit required.

JUNIOR DESIGNERS

-Qualified candidates will have between 1-3 years work experience, preferably in commercial core and shell work.

-Must have a strong curiosity for how buildings are built.

-Must demonstrate ability to produce design work under the direction of Project Architect or Design Principal.

-Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite of products required.
