Santa Monica, CA. Our second project in partnership with Redcar took place in 2008. The previous tenant sold watercraft, so the whole slab was sloped. Two concerns presented for this structure were flooding and a car coming into the building. We brought the sidewalk flush after the slab was leveled. Then an upturned beam was installed.
