| Today we leave Maribor and drive to Celje. We take the route straight west and then south. Celje is in the upper left corner of the lower right highlighted map (the name of the town got cropped). The main attraction for us in Celje is the castle. Following Scott's lead, we walk to the Castle. It was quite a distance, on top of a hill. Rick noticed a path down the face of the hill through the trees (see forth photo in this series) and we return to the city that way. It was beautiful and a storm was rolling in (see last video). It began raining as we reached the bottom of the hill. | |||
