| Today we leave Ljubljana. We are heading for Bled. On our way out of Ljubljana we stop to see a few more Plecnik sites. We first visit the ' Mutual Insurance Company '. Then the ' Church of St. Francis Assisi '. We arrive at the church at the start of a service so we snap a few photos and plan to return later in the trip. We then go to ' Zale ' where there is a cemetary with a number of Plecnik designed ' tombs ' and a grouping of funeral chapels where funerary processions are held. The chapels were not open for viewing so we visit only the cemetary with plans to return here later as well. We then head north to Kropa which is an old blacksmithing town that has a blacksmith museum with beautiful ironwork. We arrive in Bled in the evening. | |||
